We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/ warehouse.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products as per the order placed.
However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.
You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery between 12 pm to 6.00 pm IST : email us on [email protected] with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product. However, when a product is dispatched from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check, still if there is any issue with the product we would resolve it for you. Please make sure you have a video of opening the parcel, it is mandatory, failure to which we will not be able to proceed with the exchange
Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store. please read all the details carefully before you order online. In no case exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Products once bought from the store will not be exchanged or returned any time later. Please try the outfits, check the products at the time of buying, In no case exchanges or returns will be accepted.
No Cancellation : Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will not be able to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed. Please note the no cancellation policy.
