Important Highlights
• Exchange is available, allowing you to select any other product of your choice – No time limit to choose your new product – you can decide anytime later or immediately.
• No return, No refund
• Exchange is applicable only for online orders placed via our website or official Instagram.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order – Courier charges non-adjustable
• The product must be shipped back at the given store address within 1- 3 days. Once we receive the product you can make your new selection at your convenience.
• The exchanged amount will be provided as store credit with no expiry.
• Store credit can be used in multiple transactions or a single purchase – as per your convenience.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• No Cancellation : Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will not be able to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed. Please note the no cancellation policy.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ Product Condition – The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
✔ Timely Notification – Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving their parcel.
✔ Timely Return – The product must be shipped back within 1- 2 days from the date of delivery.
Products that are NOT eligible for exchange:
✘ Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling. request you to please send the products in same and proper condition , missing buttons, torn , worn out or any other damage if in the product received, we will not be able to exchange the product.
Please Note: when a product is dispatched from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check, we have a proper team in place that makes sure that your products are properly checked and packed; still if there is any issue with the product we would resolve it for you. If you receive a product that has some issue, Please make sure you have a video of opening the parcel, it is mandatory, failure to which we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Initiate the Exchange (Within 24 Hours)
• Email us at [email protected] with your order number, purchase date, product details, and reason for exchange.
• Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9217142727 or DM us on Instagram at – Wanderlust By Sahiba (if purchased via Instagram, its better if you connect us through instagram DM only).

2. Ship the Product Back (Within 1-3 Days)
• Once your exchange is approved, you must send the product back within1-3 days.
• The customer bears the shipping cost for returning the product.
• The return package must be properly packed to avoid any damages.
3. Receive Store Credit
• Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue store credit of the same value.
• No expiry on store credit – use it anytime.
• Store credit can be split across multiple purchases or used in one go.
Exchange Process for Online Orders vs. In-Store Purchases
For Online Orders:
• Exchange is allowed under the conditions mentioned.
• Customers can visit the store to pick their exchange product (only after prior approval) but the previous product (the one you wanted to originally exchange) should have been sent back within the given time line and post its delivery you can visit the store anytime to physically buy in exchange .
For In-Store Purchases:
• No exchange for in-store purchases is allowed since customers can try the products before buying.
Products once bought from the store will not be exchanged or returned any time later. Please try the outfits, check the products at the time of buying, In no case exchanges or returns or refunds will be accepted.
Additional Terms & Conditions
• Only one exchange per order – once exchanged, the new product cannot be exchanged again.
• No cancellations or refunds – once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• No responsibility for lost/damaged returns – We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
• Exchange approval is at our discretion – if we find the product does not meet our return conditions, the exchange request may be denied. please send the product in same condition as delivered.
